Nortech release Norpass2 upgrade

Nortech's successful access control management software, Norpass2, has recently been expanded to provide a more comprehensive solution. This latest release introduces a number of valuable new features such as integrated card design and printing capabilities, picture pop-up, and configurable event messages.

The extensive card design and printing facility incorporates a new user-friendly interface for efficient and intuitive operation. Each design can be printed directly for individual cards or saved as a template and linked to the Norpass2 database, to allow quick and simple card printing for all personnel.

Enhanced security can also be achieved by activating the new picture pop-up option. This will display an image of the cardholder when a card or tag is presented to a reader. When integrated with CCTV surveillance, it is a particularly valuable feature for enabling remotely managed sites to prevent fraudulent access using stolen cards.
