Installers and Distributors

Nortech offers extensive support services to all its distributors and installers. Our experienced team endeavours to provide guidance and advice whenever and wherever possible.

To help us to provide you with the best possible standard of service, we kindly request you to ensure that you have consulted our support documentation before contacting the support team.

If you can’t resolve your problem after consulting the appropriate documents, then you can contact the support team by dialling 01633 485533 and requesting technical support, or you can email a description of the problem to technical@nortechcontrol.com.

End Users

Our installation partners are responsible for first line support to their customers. We don’t provide technical support directly to end users unless specifically agreed with the installer.  If you suspect that your Nortech product is faulty or if you need help with operating it, your first point of call should be your installer.
