TRACK systems are superior vehicle identification systems designed to identify moving priority vehicles. They can be used with conventional vehicle detection loops to identify individual vehicles. The vehicle identity can then be used for control purposes such as:
- Allowing only authorised vehicles into a restricted area or traffic lane
- Tracking the movement of vehicles through control points
A transponder is fitted to the chassis of each authorised vehicle, and the receiver is connected to a conventional loop buried in the road surface. When a transponder moves over the loop, the receiver will detect it and authorise the relevant action. Vehicles can be identified at high speed without any performance irregularities.
The transponders can be read at a height of up to 1m above the loop, therefore making Track suitable for articulated vehicles with higher than normal road clearance.

We offer two Versions of Track:
Track 100
A compact single-code vehicle identification system designed for the control and priority of vehicles. The system provides a positive response to vehicles fitted with the transmitter device while the receiver ignores any unequipped vehicles.
Track 2000
A versatile, secure and reliable system for the monitoring and control of selected vehicles. Track 2000 transmitters are uniquely coded allowing identification and recording of individual vehicles. Track 2000 can therefore be integrated into an access control system for monitoring vehicle movement.
