Product Features & Benefits

The Nedap MACE platform allows access control system to use smartphones as access credentials. The platform enables the delivery of virtual identity credentials to smartphones over a cloud-based service. The MACE App on the smartphones can use the communication features of the smartphone to present the credentials to MACE readers.

The MACE app can receive and store multiple virtual identity credentials. These credentials can be presented to MACE readers using NFC, Bluetooth Low Energy or QR codes.

The MACE Reader MM QR supports Bluetooth, NFC, smart cards, proximity cards and QR codes. The reader is small enough to be mullion mounted and is configurable using a free downloadable tool that connects to the USB port. Settings such as read range and output format can be set.
