CRC200+ Online Door Controller
CRC200+
'Versatile Networked Solution'
Forms part of an online access control system by connecting it together with Norpass3
PRODUCT FEATURES & BENEFITS
CRC200+ is suitable for controlling access through doors, barriers, rising bollards, turnstiles, etc., by validating cards, key fobs, vehicle tags, PINs, etc. It forms part of an access management system by linking it to Norpass3 Access Control Management Software together with further reader controllers.
This versatile controller can manage up to 65,000 users and supports both Clock & Data and Wiegand interface formats. It can be used to control access via 2 doors/barriers and provide local anti-passback control. It supports a range of both standalone and managed access control features.
The controller can be used for either sequential or random cards and offers a range of additional features such ‘PIN and Prox’ when used online to Norpass3.

Flexible Two-Door Control for Small-to-Medium Access Installations
The CRC200+ serves as an ideal entry point for networked access control in retail stores, small offices, community centres, and light industrial facilities requiring control of one or two access points.
Its integrated LCD display and keypad enable on-site programming without a laptop, making it perfect for standalone sites that may later connect to Norpass3 for centralised management.
This controller shines in applications requiring both door and barrier control—such as warehouse loading bays with pedestrian doors, gym facilities with turnstile entry, or car park access points.
The dual-voltage input (12-24V DC) accommodates existing power infrastructure, while support for 65,000 sequential cards means it can handle substantial user databases without network connectivity.
Dual Interface
Control two doors or barriers from a single compact unit, reducing hardware costs.
High Capacity
Store up to 65,000 sequential card numbers locally for reliable offline operation.
LCD Display
Programme and diagnose directly on-site using the built-in 2-line display and keypad.
Dual Voltage
Operates on 12-24V DC for compatibility with existing power supplies and installations.
Yes, the CRC200+ operates as a fully functional standalone controller and can later be integrated into a Norpass3 networked system via RS485 connection, protecting your initial investment.
The controller supports both Clock & Data (ABA Track 2) and Wiegand interface formats through its two 5-wire reader interfaces, compatible with most proximity and smart card readers.
In sequential mode, it stores 65,000 card numbers with 1,700 events. In random mode, it holds 8,000 random card numbers with 1,300 events in non-volatile memory.
Yes, the CRC200+ provides local anti-passback control between its two reader interfaces, preventing credential misuse in entry/exit configurations.
Readers can be located up to 100 metres from the CRC200+ using Belden 9536 or equivalent 6-core shielded cable. RS485 communications can extend up to 1,200 metres.
