Return & Repair
If you need to return a product to Nortech, either to have it repaired or replaced or to receive a refund under the 28-day Return Policy, you must ensure that you follow the correct procedure.
If you suspect that a product is faulty. Your first step should be to contact the Technical Support team to help to diagnose the cause of the problem. You should only return a suspected faulty product once the support team have agreed that it needs to be returned for further investigation and issued you with a Return Authorisation Number (see below). If you wish to return a product under our 28-day Return Policy, see our Warranty and Return Policy Guidelines to determine whether the product qualifies for a full or partial refund. If you wish to proceed, you must first apply for a RAN (see below).
RAN (Return Authorisation Number)
Before returning any product to Nortech you must obtain a RAN from our Returns Department. To do this, you can contact them by either email or telephone:

Before contacting them, please ensure that you have the following information available (for email requests, ensure that the information is included in the email message):
- The part numbers and quantities of all items to be returned
- The serial number of each product
- An explanation of the fault condition(s) /reason for the return
- The Sales Order (NCSL) and invoice number (for returns)
- Contact name, telephone number and email address
The Returns dept will issue a RAN and will send a Return Form to the email address provided in your contact details above.
Note: The RAN is valid for 1 month from the date of issue. The goods must be received during this period.
Shipping the Goods
When returning goods to Nortech the full delivery address must be clearly displayed on the outer carton as follows:

The associated RAN must also be clearly displayed on the outer carton.
Place a copy of the completed Return Form in the box with the goods being returned.
Please note that any goods received without a valid RAN and completed Return Form will not be processed. Please refer to our Warranty and Return Policy Guidelines.
