Everything we manufacture and distribute reaches its customers through installers. Approved installers get better pricing, free product training, free technical support from the engineers who design the products, and help on site at commissioning.
We make door controllers, readers, loop detectors and parking products in Cwmbran, South Wales, and supply Nedap long-range readers and ANPR as Nedap’s certified UK partner, so one account covers people and vehicle access.

Who can become a Nortech approved installer?
Security installers, gate and barrier automation companies, system integrators and electrical contractors who fit access control or vehicle access. Tell us the work you do in the application and our sales team will take it from there.
Do approved installers get better prices?
Yes. Approved installers buy Nortech products at better prices. Our sales team will go through the pricing with you when you apply.
Where does the training take place?
In the training room at our headquarters in Cwmbran, South Wales, led by our technical engineers. Courses mix hands-on practice with theory. If a project needs something specific, ask for a bespoke course.
Is technical support free?
Yes. Our support engineers help installers and distributors free of charge from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Call +44 (0)1633 485 533 and ask for technical assistance, or email technical@nortechcontrol.com with the product name and a description of the fault.
Will Nortech help on site?
Our technical team doesn’t carry out installations, but once the equipment is installed to our guidance it can visit to check the installation and help set up the software before handover. Book it through the commissioning page.
Can I install Nedap long-range readers and ANPR through Nortech?
Yes. Nortech is Nedap’s certified UK partner for uPASS, Transit and ANPR Lumo, so you buy, train and get technical support for them through us, alongside our own products.
Do you work with installers outside the UK?
Yes, through our overseas partners. Email sales@nortechcontrol.com with the country and the project and we will point you to the right one.
